HOW THE TOOL WORKS
We have tried to make the tool as intuitive as possible, but just in case, here you will find a tutorial explaining its full potential in more detail.
LEGEND AND EXPLANATION OF METRICS AND DIMENSIONS:
We know it can sometimes be difficult to understand all the concepts found in an analytics tool, even more so with social networks. Each social network uses specific concepts for all the events that can happen in its environment, so we have tried to align them to make them easier to understand:
On
Followers: the number of users who have chosen to follow this account, which means its posts appear in those accounts' feeds. This metric is extracted daily from 00:00, so the recorded value matches the number of followers at that specific moment.
Following: the number of users this account follows, which means those accounts' posts appear in its feed. This metric is extracted daily from 00:00, recording the number of accounts followed at that moment.
Posts: the total number of posts, including posts, replies and reposts published by the account. This metric is extracted daily from 00:00, recording the accumulated number up to that moment. It reflects the total activity of the account on the social network.
Interactions (engagements): this metric captures the pulse of the audience, representing the total actions users take in response to the account's posts: likes, comments, shares, quotes and bookmarks. Interactions are an essential indicator to measure the level of participation and the impact of the content. As we do not have direct access to the account's internal data, calculating interactions is a technical challenge. It is based on the actions recorded on the last 300 posts published during the analysed period (day, week or month), which keep being measured for 7 days. Reposts are excluded.
Views (impressions): measures the reach of the content, reflecting the total number of times the account's posts have been seen by users, organically and/or paid. It is a key indicator to understand the exposure of the content and its ability to capture attention on the platform. As we do not have direct access to the account's internal data, views are calculated from the last 300 posts published by the account during the analysed period (day, week or month).

Interactions are an essential indicator to measure the level of participation and the impact of the content. As we do not have direct access to the account's internal data, calculating interactions is a technical challenge. It is based on the actions recorded on the last 60 posts published during the analysed period (day, week or month), which keep being measured for 7 days. Pinned posts are excluded from this extraction.

It is a key indicator to understand the exposure of the content and its ability to capture attention on the platform. As we do not have direct access to the account's internal data, views are calculated from the last 60 posts published by the account during the analysed period (day, week or month).
